The identification of the faunal remains (i.e., the animal bones) from the house produced the following counts:

The species represented and their relative proportions are consistent with those from other Thule sites in this part of the Arctic, but they do raise a number of questions concerning subsistence that would require the future excavation at Truelove of Thule sites from different seasons to answer.
